Thanks for visiting our negotiation website for Huntington Hospital RNs. We created this site as part of our commitment to keeping our team members informed during contract negotiations with the Huntington Hospital Nurses Association (HHNA). I hope you find it to be a useful resource.
Huntington Hospital began contract negotiations with HHNA on June 13, 2018. We are committed to bargaining in good faith with HHNA, the labor union that represents our nurses. As always, the hospital’s goal is to reach a fair contract that balances the needs of all parties.
Contract negotiations provide an opportunity to consider and get a better understanding of many of the issues important to our nurses and other employees, patients and their families, hospitals and healthcare providers. We will communicate with you periodically throughout this process so that you can get factual information and regular updates about these negotiations.
We encourage you to stay informed by:
- Speaking with your manager.
- Watching for continuing Negotiation Update emails and other information shared on this site and
- Signing up for text message alerts by texting HuntingtonRN to 333-111.
- Communicating with union delegates.
We look forward to productive negotiations with HHNA as we seek agreement on a fair, feasible contract for our 600+ dedicated nurses.
Sincerely,
Gerard Brogan, Jr., MD, FACEP
